Refund Policy

We want every buyer to be confident about purchases on NetSell. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

14-day window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

  • The product is materially different from its description.
  • The product does not function as advertised and the seller cannot resolve the issue.
  • You did not authorise the transaction.

What is not eligible

  • "Buyer's remorse" after substantial use of the product.
  • Custom services, custom code or custom design work after delivery.
  • Domain name purchases after transfer initiation.
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel before the next renewal).

How to request a refund

  1. Open the order in your buyer dashboard.
  2. Click "Request refund" and describe the issue.
  3. The seller has 5 business days to respond. If unresolved, NetSell will mediate.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can resolve almost all disputes faster than your bank.
