This Privacy Policy explains how Netsell Inc. collects, uses and shares information about you when you use NetSell.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile details.
- Transaction data: purchases, sales, payout details, tax information.
- Usage data: pages viewed, products clicked, device and browser info.
- Communications: messages with support and other users.
How we use information
- To operate the marketplace, process payments and deliver products.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To send transactional emails and, with consent, marketing emails.
- To improve discovery, recommendations and platform performance.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal), cloud providers, and authorities when required by law. We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Data may be processed in countries outside your own. We use standard contractual clauses where required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account or by emailing help@netsell.in. EU, UK and India residents have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and the DPDP Act respectively.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years for tax and legal reasons after closure.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls and regular audits. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password and enable 2FA.
Children
NetSell is not intended for users under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
